The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is making $2,000,000 available to support Housing Outreach and Stability Services through the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program. Program services will include:

  • Community outreach to identify households in need of assistance
  • Case management and other wraparound supports and services to assist eligible households with maintaining or obtaining housing

Successful applicant organizations must be able to demonstrate, through a competitive Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) process, their ability to implement both program components, either within one individual organization, or by submitting a joint application with a partnering organization. Successful applicants must further demonstrate their ability to sustain the program with ERA funding for up to one (1) year. ERA funding will support program delivery (staffing costs) and program administration expenses.
