Business Opportunities

To accomplish our mission of providing quality, affordable housing opportunities to low- and moderate- income Delawareans, DSHA actively seeks vendors from which we can purchase goods and services. We strive to increase our business opportunities with minority-, women-, veteran-, service disabled veteran-, and individuals with disabilities- owned businesses.

As the bulk of DSHA contracting opportunities are under the small purchase threshold of $25,000, we are particularly interested in talking to firms located in Delaware’s Kent and Sussex Counties, in addition to other firms located in New Castle County and outside Delaware.
