About the Affordable Housing Production Task Force
The Affordable Housing Production Task Force was established via House Bill 442 to make recommendations on how the State and local governments can increase the supply of housing that is affordable to households across the income spectrum.
The bill requires the Task Force to report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly by March 1, 2025. House Bill 30 has been introduced to extend the reporting deadline to April 7, 2025, at the request of the Co-chairs based on feedback from the subcommittees.
