About the Affordable Housing Production Task Force
The Affordable Housing Production Task Force was established via House Bill 442 to make recommendations on how the State and local governments can increase the supply of housing that is affordable to households across the income spectrum. The Affordable Housing Production Task Force is required to report its findings to the Governor and General Assembly by March 1, 2025.

Subcommittee Membership
The deadline to submit nominations for subcommittee membership was close of business on Friday, September 6th. All nominations received by the deadline have been compiled into a list for consideration by the Task Force Co-chairs and Subcommittee Chairs. Subcommittee membership will be announced prior to the next task force meeting on October 7.
