PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 147(f) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by Delaware State Housing Authority (the “Authority”) with respect to a tax-exempt multifamily housing mortgage loan (the “Tax-Exempt Loan”) to be issued by the Authority (in its borrowing capacity) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $14,500,000.  The proceeds of the Tax-Exempt Loan will be loaned by the Authority to Church Street Station I, LLC (the “Borrower”), to finance a portion of the costs of purchasing and rehabilitating a multifamily residential rental project to be known as Church Street Station I (the “Project”).  The Project will contain 80 rental units located in seven contiguous buildings located in Milford, Kent County, Delaware 19963, at the following street addresses: 107/109 Allen Way, 108/110 Allen Way, 111/113 Allen Way, 112/114 Allen Way, 201/203 Tull Way, 101-119 Bright Way and 100-118 Bright Way.  The Project will be located on land ground leased to the Borrower.

The public hearing will be conducted for approximately one hour by teleconference on August 28, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Delaware time (EDT).  During the public hearing, persons will have the opportunity to express their views orally by telephone or through the Webex link listed below.  Persons may submit written statements to the Authority prior to, or during, the public hearing, as described below.
