Dover, Del., May 23, 2025 – Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is pleased to announce the return of its Homebuyers Fair on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

“Destination Homeownership” is a free event that will spotlight DSHA’s homeownership loan programs and provide visitors an opportunity to connect with industry experts and learn about the steps necessary to make homeownership a reality. Visitors can meet one-on-one with lenders, real estate agents, closing attorneys, home inspectors and more, who will guide them through every step of the home-buying journey. Attendees will learn about DSHA’s financing options, including assistance with down payments and closing costs.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the University of Delaware’s Clayton Hall Conference Center, 100 Hollowell Dr., Newark, Delaware 19716. To accommodate busy schedules, visitors can choose from three timed sessions to visit the event: 9 a.m., 11 a.m., or 1 p.m. Each session includes complimentary breakfast or lunch, family-friendly activities, and opportunities to win prizes and enjoy giveaways throughout the day.
