Public Notice: Draft of the proposed programming for the Delaware Workforce Housing Program now available

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) received $5 million dollars for the Delaware Workforce Housing Program, established by Senate Bill 22, to increase the amount and quality of available workforce housing in Delaware. A draft of the proposed programming for the Delaware Workforce Housing Program is now posted. DSHA is accepting public comments on the draft until Friday, May 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. This is an opportunity for stakeholders to submit feedback before the formal Administrative Procedures Act process begins. All comments should be submitted with the subject line “WFH Public Comment” to Kimberly Edwards at Kimberly.Edwards@delaware.gov.
