About these documents

Every five years, DSHA submits a Consolidated Plan to the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to describe strategies for the investment of HUD Community Development Programs funds, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) programs. On an annual basis, an Action Plan provides further detail and annual Consolidated Performance Evaluation Reports (CAPERs) are submitted.
