Our annual reports showcase the work DSHA has done to advance our mission — to efficiently provide, and assist others to provide, quality affordable housing opportunities and appropriate supportive services to low- and moderate-income Delawareans.

Each edition includes letters from the Governor, DSHA Director, and Chair of the Council on Housing, along with stories from individuals and families who benefit from DSHA programs.
