The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) has been awarded $1,250,731 in FY26 from the U.S.
Department of Urban Development (HUD) for the Recovery Housing Program (RHP) to support individuals
in recovery onto a path to self-sufficiency. DSHA will hold a virtual public meeting on Friday, May 1, 2026,
at 10 A.M. for the purpose of providing any interested citizens, nonprofits and other interested parties with
the opportunity to comment on RHP.

The period for receiving written comments will close at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, May 15, 2026. Written
comments can be submitted via e-mail to Sydney.Eihinger@delaware.gov.
