Public Hearing Notice: Mispillion Station III Apartments

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PURSUANT TO SECTION 147(f) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 DELAWARE STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by Delaware State Housing Authority (the “Authority”) with respect to an issue of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the “Bonds”) to be issued by the Authority in one or more series of tax-exempt bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,500,000. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned by the Authority to Mispillion Station III, LLC (the “Borrower”), to finance a portion of the costs of acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and equipping of a multifamily residential rental project to be known as Mispillion Station III Apartments (the “Project”), containing 40 units in five buildings (1000 Mispillion Apartments, 1100 Mispillion Apartments, 1200 Mispillion Apartments, 1300 Mispillion Apartments and 1400 Mispillion Apartments) located in Milford, Sussex County, Delaware 19963. The Project will be owned by the Borrower.

The public hearing will be conducted for approximately one hour by teleconference on November 2 ,2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. Delaware time (EST). During the public hearing, persons will have the opportunity to express their views orally by telephone or through the Teams link listed below.  Persons may submit written statements to the Authority prior to, or during, the public hearing, as described below.
