A Pre-Draft Virtual Public Hearing will be held to obtain the views of interested citizens on housing and community development priorities for DSHA’s 2026 HUD-required Annual Action Plan. Feedback provided at the hearing will be accepted and recorded. A summary of the comments will be attached to DSHA’s 2026 Annual Action Plan submitted to HUD on or around May 15, 2026.

DSHA will hold the pre-draft public hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST via Zoom. This meeting is open to the public to comment on housing and community development needs.
