Emergency Shelter Grants Program (ESGP)
The federal assistance provided under this program benefits emergency shelters by allowing them to expand services and renovate their shelters. It is offered by DSHA in Kent and Sussex Counties.
How To Apply
- Make sure you (the borrower) meet all borrower requirements.
- Please contact the DSHA representative listed below.
Borrower Qualifications
- Local and county governments in Kent and Sussex Counties are eligible to apply on behalf of existing homeless shelters.

- The Home of the Brave Foundation, Inc., The Shepherd Place, Inc., Sussex Community Crisis Housing Services, Inc., Whatcoat Social Service Agency, Aid in Dover, Casa San Francisco, Seaford Mission
