FROM NORTH: Take Route 1 South to Smyrna, following signs to Dover. Just north of Smyrna, Route 1 splits into Route 1 and Route 13. Take the off-ramp for Route 13 and continue south to Dover. (Route 1 Bypass can be taken to North Dover for a toll of 50 cents.) In Dover, at the intersection of Route 13 and Loockerman Street (at intersection with a Burger King restaurant and TGIFriday's restaurant), make a right. On Loockerman Street just past first traffic light, turn left onto Federal Street (make turn between median break-Federal Street is across from the Post Office parking lot). Make first right onto North Street. At traffic light, make left onto State Street. The next intersection is The Green, with 2-hour street parking. Paid parking is also located on Water Street between Governors Avenue and State Street.
FROM SOUTH: Take Route 113 North, follow signs for Dover. Go through Milford and at Dover Air Force Base get in right lane to stay on Route 113 North. Take exit 95 (Rte 113N) into Dover until you reach Route 13 North. Immediately get in left lane of Route 13 and make a left onto Loockerman Street (at intersection with a Burger King restaurant and TGIFriday's restaurant). On Loockerman Street just past first traffic light, turn left onto Federal Street (make turn between median break-Federal Street is across from the Post Office parking lot). Make first right onto North Street. At traffic light, make left onto State Street. The next intersection is The Green, with 2-hour street parking. FROM NORTH: Take Route 1 South to Dover. Take Exit 104 into North Dover. At the light, proceed straight onto Scarborough Road. Pass Delaware Technical and Community College campus on the right. Continue straight on Scarborough Road (becomes Saulsbury Road) to Walker Road. Turn right onto Walker Road. Go past Capitol Healthcare (on the right) and make a right at Liberty Court (see Bicentennial Village on left). Continue straight to the Community Building located just past the basketball court. Parking is available in front of the building.
FROM SOUTH: Take Route 113 North, following signs for Dover. Go through Milford and at Dover Air Force Base get in right lane to stay on Route 113 North. Take Exit 95 (Rte 113N) Dover until you reach Route 13 North. Immediately get in left lane of Route 13 and make a left onto Route 8 West/Division Street (across from Edgehill Shopping Center). Follow Division Street over railroad tracks and make right at Saulsbury Road (see Subway sandwich shop). Follow Saulsbury Road to next light which is Walker Road and make a left. Go past Capitol Healthcare and make a right at Liberty Court (see Bicentennial Village on left). Drive straight to the Community Building.

FROM NORTH: Take 1-95 South into Wilmington, exit at Delaware Avenue off-ramp (exit 7). At light at end of ramp, turn left. Stay to left and continue on 11th Street to French Street. Turn right and follow French Street two blocks to 9th Street (9th and French Streets). Carvel State Office Building is on the left corner. Paid parking is available under the building. DSHA is located on the 10th floor.
FROM SOUTH:
Follow 13 North to Route 1 North. Follow Route I to I-95 North (exit 101 B) to Maryland Avenue/Martin Luther King (MLK) Boulevard exit (exit 6). At end of exit ramp, turn right. At first light, turn right at MLK Boulevard (Route 4 East). Immediately get into left lane, follow signs for Orange Street. Follow Orange Street to 9th Street and turn right. Go down 9th Street four blocks (9th and French Streets). Carvel State Office Building is on the right corner. Paid parking is available under the building. DSHA is located on the l0th floor.
