2016 LIHTC - Rent Comparables and DSHA Approval

This is a friendly reminder that if applying for 2016 Tax Credits and Housing Development Fund, rents should provide even further affordability. Applicants must contact DSHA for approval and comparable tax credit rents in the area of the proposed development by 3/15/16 or the application may be disqualified.

All other applicants must contact DSHA for tax credit rent comparables for the proposed development's market area.
