In reference to this question:

"A list of three other jobs of similar size and scope which he has successfully, with his own
organization and not be or through a subcontractor maintained in the past three years
. In order to
qualify the proposer must list jobs which are similar in size (acreage) and scope of the services
required under this contract. The contractor MUST list each reference supplied as part of the
proposal submission. Integrity, reputation and past performance will be heavily weighed. "

My company has done alot of work as a subcontractor taking care of large commercial property's. My company was subcontracted. Does this disqualify my company? Thank you for your time.

The fact that your company has previously done work in a subcontracting capacity would not necessarily disqualify
your company from submitting proposals for work at DSHA
sites, so long as your company would be submitting on the
basis of being the prime contractor. Factors such as previous
experience, past performance and capacity to perform the work
required would be weighed and evaluated.
